So I have been extremely unmotivated lately and stopped doing this completely. So I am thinking if I start updating this blog weekly again that it might help me get on track.

So here is to starting again. I want to lose at least 50 more pounds by my birthday. I know I can do this. I have the working out done just need to eat better.

Long over due update.
So I kinda drag on updating these so it's a good thing that no one will be reading this until I am my first main goal. :) Almost there though. Its May now And I am hoping to be there by the beginning of August.
So update on my weight, last time I updated this I was 283. Well now I am 254, I am going to push my self to lose 13 to 15 pounds this month. I am losing about 10 pounds a month so I know I can push myself to lose at least 3 more. I also signed up for a 5k in July, so I will officially start training for that this week. I will be posting a before and after of the 5k I did last year and the 5k I do this year. I am hoping for a big change. Here is a before and after for now.

Ok this is going to be short sweet and to the point. I lost another 6 pounds and yet I don't know why I am not happy. I feel like I am gaining and I hope this feeling will go away but we shall see.

Update
So I have not been doing so good on updating this every 2 weeks..... Mainly because I keep forgetting about it. So here is an update, When I first started this blog I was 322 Yikes!!

Update
So about 3 weeks ago I decided to go to a doctor to help me with my weight. So I go to him every 2 weeks so that will be when I do my updates.
So when I first went to the doctor I was 311
as of today I was 298 so from 322 down to 298. So a total of 24 pounds lost. Not to bad I plan to continue this by taking it one day at a time, I can't wait tell I get to my goal so that I can share this Private blog with all of you. Right now this is just for me. But I am determined to share this with you guys by this time next year.

So I lost another 4 pounds. I know that is this coming off slowly but I am extremely happy about my progress.
