So update on my weight, last time I updated this I was 283. Well now I am 254, I am going to push my self to lose 13 to 15 pounds this month. I am losing about 10 pounds a month so I know I can push myself to lose at least 3 more. I also signed up for a 5k in July, so I will officially start training for that this week. I will be posting a before and after of the 5k I did last year and the 5k I do this year. I am hoping for a big change. Here is a before and after for now.
